With 36 years in the fishing industry, the first 5 years as a guide and tackle store owner, and the last 31 years as a promotional fisherman, which include education of fishing through may avenues, seminars for adults and our new generation of youth, our new generation of fishermen, Kelley has experience to spare. He has also appeared with radio and TV in the fishing world and has fished the tournament circuit and still is involved in some tournaments.

His ideas are for our new generation of fishermen, and creating new and heightened levels of enthusiasm for fishing and the outdoors.

At one time he wrote for nine different fishing publications on the basic's of fishing, electronics, how to use them to locate fish, weeds, forage, as a key to putting more fish in the boat. He also taught fishermen methods of fishing from live bait to cranks and trolling methods. His total living is in the fishing industry, seminars, public speaking, in store promotion. Kelley is also involved in product seminars for sales personal through out the country for Vexilar and Salmo.

Kelley is currently employed in sales and marketing for Salmo - USA (one of the fastest growing hard bait companies in the world) and Vexilar, Inc.
